Pittsburgh ConnectionsStudents participate in paintball and climbing activities

The Pittsburgh Connections program is coordinated through the Office of Student Activities and is generously funded by the RK Mellon Foundation. The program strives to engage students in outdoor recreation throughout Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. The core goals of these recreational activities are to help students develop and maintain a physically active lifestyle, build leadership skills and increase their appreciation for the Western Pennsylvania region.

The main activities run through Pittsburgh Connections are: The Outdoor Adventure Series and The Pittsburgh Connections Fair and Kick-Off Events.

In addition to these programs there are several other ways to get connected to the City of Pittsburgh. Utilize the Arts Pass Program and explore our many neighborhoods through 57 Varieties of the City and you will feel like a native Pittsburgher in no time!
