Residential Service

House communities are a significant component of life at Carnegie Mellon. Residents have the opportunity to engage in service and philanthropy through their house communities. In the past residents have volunteered at local soup kitchens, done neighborhood clean-ups, created Thanksgiving baskets and much more. Each house community organizes its own service initiatives, often centered around  a specific theme, organization or neighborhood. If you would like more information on what is happening in your house please contact your Housefellow or CA. If you would like to plan a service experience for your residential community please contact Kristine Kengor at kkengor@andrew.cmu.edu or the residential service intern, Ife Kehinde at ikehinde@andrew.cmu.edu.
