Roles of the RA

As a Resident Assistant, you are a part-time, live in Student Staff Member of the Sudent Life Office. Your goal is to help your residents have a positive and productive undergraduate experience. Toward this end, you strive to develop a sense of community, promote the academic and personal success of your residents, and enhance their leadership development. To accomplish these three objectives, you need to assume many different roles.

Administrator

  • Assist in Residence Hall Operations
