Pre-College Counselors
Student Life Pre-College staff members are responsible for all non-academic experience and activities for students. Counselors have the most direct contact with Pre-College students: each being responsible for 20-35 residential students. As a team, the counselor staff is responsible for providing structure to the daily activities of students through organizing large and small area activities, upholding and role-modeling Pre-College program policies, and providing general assistance when needed. Individually, counselors assist Pre-College students with their personal growth and development, provide guidance and support and monitor their safety and well-being. Each counselor is directly supervised by one of five Head Counselors.
