Gender/LGBTQ Intern

The Student Life Office provides an internship experience in Gender and LGBTQ programming and education. The internship is a one-year, paid position.

The intern works on programs such as:

• Mosaic, Carnegie Mellon University's annual conference on gender
• Coordinating Women's History Month events
• Coordinating the Women's Leadership Program
• Coordinating Pride Month/Gaypril events
• Co-facilitating SafeZone training
• Staffing SoHo, Carnegie Mellon's LGBTQ resource center
• Implementing other outreach and educational programs dealing with gender and/or LGBTQ issues on campus
