Phase III: Initial Interest Interviews
Sometime between January 20 and 26, 2009, you will participate in a 30-minute initial interest interview with a Housefellow. The purpose of this interview is to explore some general aspects of your candidacy relative to your interest and motivation for becoming an RA. In particular, the Housefellow will ask you about what would constitute a good “fit” for you relative to the type of house community in which you believe you would be most successful. As part of this meeting, the Housefellow will also walk you through the remaining phases of the selection process, and answer any general questions you may have about the process or the position.
In order to schedule this interview, you should follow the instructions that you will receive in an email invitation to your Andrew account. The email will provide the name of the Housefellow you will be interviewing with, and instructions how to schedule with that person.
IMPORTANT: Although the interview can occur anywhere between January 20 and 26, 2009, we ask that you finish scheduling the appointment for the interview by no later than January 23, 2009, so that we can ensure that all candidates are slated to complete an interview prior to January 26, 2009.
