Phase V: Individual House Interviews
Based on the information obtained from your written materials, the initial interest interview, and the group interview, you will be invited to participate in an individual house interview which will occur sometime between February 3 and 10, 2009.
The 30-minute interview will consist of you meeting with a Housefellow and Community Advisor from one of the specific houses represented in the group interview in which you participated. The purpose of this interview is to discuss the RA position relative to that specific house community, including the expectations of the staff there, the history and traditions of the house, and common themes and issues encountered by RAs there.
You will most likely only be invited to participate in one individual house interview. Please know, however, that your candidacy will still be broadly available to and potentially considered by all houses, particularly by the other houses represented in the group interview in which you participated.
In order to schedule this interview, you should follow the instructions that you will receive in an email to your Andrew account that will be sent by the end of the day on February 2, 2009. The email will provide the name of the Housefellow you will be interviewing with, and instructions on how to schedule with that person.
IMPORTANT: Although the interview can occur anywhere between February 3 and 10, 2009, we ask that you finish scheduling the appointment for the interview by no later than February 5, 2009 at 5 pm, so that we can ensure that all candidates are slated to complete an interview prior to February 10, 2009.
