Savoring the World:  Carnegie Mellon’s Multicultural Cookbook, Volume 2

With the vision of creating a gastronomical excursion into the cultural diversity of the Carnegie Mellon community, we solicited cultural and familial recipes from students, faculty and staff during the winter and spring of the 2003-2004 academic year. This exciting publication is the result of the generous submissions of recipes from members across the campus community eager to share their cultural delicacies with the rest of the university.

The first volume of Savoring The World was released two years ago and sold out quickly.  Many community members asked us to compile a second volume in order to print their recipes as well.

It is our hope that the Carnegie Mellon Multicultural Cookbook encourages culinary inspiration, as well as cultural curiosity, and that the rich diversity of our campus community inspires each of you to learn more about each other and teach others about your own unique experiences.

Cookbooks are available for purchase for $7. If the cookbook is to be mailed off campus, the total cost of the cookbook will be $10 to include mailing costs.
