The Student Life Office Welcomes Leigh Fortenberry to the Greek Team!

Leigh Fortenberry, sister of Delta Delta Delta sorority, has been selected as the Greek Intern for the 2008-2009 year. Leigh will join, Corey Williams, brother of Theta Xi, who is returning for a second year as the Greek Intern.
Leigh is originally from northern Virginia and majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a Design Engineering Minor. Other leadership positions Leigh has held on campus include serving on the MOSIAC planning committee, serving as a Sexual Assault Advisor, serving as a Resident Assistant a and MechE on the Student Advisory Committee.

In the role of Greek Intern Leigh Fortenberry and Corey Williams work with the governing councils of the fraternity and sorority community and the chapters to plan programs, advocate for the needs to the community and build partnerships with the university. Major programs that Leigh and Corey are responsible for include, Orientation, the Greek Leaders Retreat, and Emerging Greek Leaders.
