Closing Information

Check-out will take place beginning on Friday, August 10, 2012 between 2-6 p.m. and on Saturday, August 11, 2012 between 8 a.m.-noon.

All residents must be completely out of the residence halls by noon on Saturday, August 11, 2012. Each student is required to return their assigned room back to its original state. Any excessive damages will be billed to the student’s account resulting in the delay of releasing transcripts or program evaluations to the student. Students will turn in their housing key to the Student Life staff upon check-out and will be reminded that any damages to their room will be billable.

Detailed information regarding residence hall check out will be updated soon, however any student that needs to leave prior to Friday, August 5th should consult with their academic program coordinator. Students approved to depart early will need to supply a signed Absence from Campus Release form for each day of the week prior to Saturday.
