USCIS announces new fees
USCIS application fees will increase on Wednesday, 10/26/2005. Applications received on or after that date must be submitted with the new fee. The most common applications submitted by or for international students & scholars at CMU are:
I-102 Application for Replacement I-94 New fee: $160
I-129 Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker New fee: $190
I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker New fee: $195
I-539 Application to Extend/Change New fee: $200
I-765 Application for Employment Authorization New fee: $180
