Office of International Education
Nancy Knezevich
As the Front Desk Manager at OIE's busy front desk, Nancy Knezevich answers incoming calls, schedules appointments with the director and advisors, and assists with study abroad questions and operations. Nancy supports overall OIE operations by reserving program and meeting rooms, arranging for catering and technical services, ordering office supplies, and providing other key administrative functions.
Nancy came to CMU from corporate America where she spent years in quality assurance and customer service and also worked with international customers from all over the world.
If you ask Nancy why she likes working at OIE and at CMU, she'll tell you, “I find it enjoyable and rewarding to work at CMU in an academic environment among students of many diverse cultures. Our OIE office is staffed with people who truly care about our students' wants and needs. The campus is very vibrant and alive and every day is a learning experience. It has taught me that we are all part of one big global community.”
