Chris Menand

Christine Menand is the new Coordinator for Study Abroad and Exchange Programs for Carnegie Mellon University. She works with students in CFA, MCS, CIT, SCS, Heinz and Incoming Foreign Exchange Students.

Prior to joining Carnegie Mellon University this March, Chris was employed for seven years in Minneapolis at the University of St. Thomas College of Business.  The majority of her time there was spent working with the Master of International Management (MIM) program.  Some of her responsibilities there included overseeing MIM's international cohort agreements with Taiwan, Canada, and Greece, advising domestic and and international students, and providing faculty services.  Outside of the university arena, Chris has corporate experience working for the Center for International Business and Travel in Washington, DC and New York City.  Chris has a Masters of Arts in Russian and East European History from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Richmond.

Chris has recently returned from two years in Amsterdam, the Netherlands for a family transfer, and is excited about joining the OIE team at Carnegie Mellon University.
