AlcoholEdu Directions for 2008/2009
Please remember, the program opens on September 8th, 2008. You cannot access
the program prior to Sept. 8th.
On the morning of Sept. 8th, 2008, you will receive an email from
"Health@andrew.cmu.edu" that includes the same directions listed below.
Please note that you must score 80% or above to pass the AlcoholEdu exam.
To begin AlcoholEdu for College:
- Go to: http://college.alcoholedu.com/login.aspx
- Under New user enter the following school ID: 8C211440FIRSTYEAR
- Click Sign-up, You must use your Andrew email address.
After entering this information, you will have the opportunity to create a New User account with your email address and a password of your choice. Upon
future visits to AlcoholEdu, you will log in as a Returning User and enter the same email address and password that you created when you first logged
in to the course.
You may log in and out of the course at the end of each section. Section ends are marked with a "Next" button. DO NOT log out until you click the "Next" button or you will have to repeat the section you have just gone through.
Should you experience any difficulties, or require support, the AlcoholEdu Online Technical Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click on the "Help" button located in the upper right-hand corner of every AlcoholEdu screen. You do not need to be logged into the course to access the Help Site. If you are using dial-up access to the internet, you will probably want to use the "low-sound only" option for your multi-media choice.
