Web Resources

for Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being

We encourage students, parents, staff, and parents to learn about mental health and emotional well-being.   Following are just a few of the many resources available on-line.

The SMH Self-Assessment Program can help students begin to make sense of some of the different things they may be feeling or experiencing: depression, problems with alcohol usage, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress, and bipolar disorder. www.mentalhealthscreening.org/

ULifeline is an online resource center for college student mental health and emotional well being.  Learn more about mental health, take a mental health screening, ask questions, find answers, and seek help for yourself or someone you care about. www.ulifeline.org/

Go Ask Alice! is the health question-and-answer Internet service from the division of Health Services at Columbia University.  www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/
