A Quick TartanTRAK Guide
After you've logged on to TartanTRAK for the first time, take a minute to fill out the 'Profile' Page. Make sure that the pre-populated fields contain the correct information, and fill in any missing data.
IMPORTANT: You'll note a box at the bottom of your Profile which, if checked, allows employers to search your online Profile and then directly contact you regarding employment opportunities (or even proactively put you on their on-campus interviewing schedule-of course you would be notified by e-mail if this occurred and you would be under no obligation to take the interview). The choice of checking or unchecking the box is yours, and you can always change your selection at any time. Just keep in mind that checking it will likely provide you with more employer contacts and potential offers. If you feel that this is resulting in too many contacts (and too many e-mails), go into your Profile and change your selection.
