It's no secret that Carnegie Mellon students are in demand. Establishing a campus presence is a crucial part of any recruiting strategy. Increasing your visibility means forging an on-going partnership with Carnegie Mellon. Of course, every employer has unique needs. That's why we offer a host of opportunities designed to help you connect with our students.
Corporate Visibility OpportunitiesEmployer Express Fridays
This is an exciting service we offer to students and employers. Every Friday we have an "in-house expert" on staff to provide a variety of different services (e.g. answer student questions, do mock interviews, speak to student groups and interact with academic departments or classes). We work with employers, students and Career Center Consultants to structure your day to be productive and fun. Mock Interview/Resume Review Week
Volunteer for any day during this week to do a combination of 30 minute mock interviews and 5 minute resume reviews on an as needed basis. The Carer Center will coordinate your schedule and advertise to students that you will be visiting campus to provide these services on the day you designate to be convenient. This week has always been very popular among our students and is very helpful in preparing them to participate in the competitive fall recruiting season.
