How can I promote my Information Session to students?
The best way to promote your Information Session is to email the students who submitted their resumes to your recruiting event. Invite them and alert them of the time and location. You can use TartanTrak to do this.

You can also promote your Information Session by sending electronic invitations to students. We post all company presentations to our students on TartanTrak. We can post the date, time, location, presenter, and brief notes. If you would like us to list your target audience or dress code, please let us know.

The Career Center can also send out a targeted email to students of a specific school or major, including students who did not submit a resume to your job. Please send your draft email to gmarnell@andrew.cmu.edu AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. Please include any preferences you have about the recipients, such as their class year, major, or school.

We can provide you with a student ambassador to assist you throughout the evening. The ambassador can assist you with AV, room setup, errands related to your presentation and general troubleshooting.
