Bestway is looking to fill four leisure/toy product design intern positions in our Shanghai R&D Center. On-site housing is provided at the newly constructed Bestway Executive Center located in Jiading Shanghai.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Excellent sketching capabilities

  • Chinese language a bonus but not a necessity

Factor Design San Francisco is looking for an experienced and inspired Senior Designer to lead functional project teams in our growing studio. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of culturally defining projects for some of the world’s most innovative brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the strategic points of entry for creative development and exploration
  • Establish creative approach and development plan for project teams
  • Bring new resources, vendors, and perspectives to the team
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from planning to launch
  • Challenge the creative and strategic intent of a given project in a responsible manner
  • Willingness to travel to client engagements throughout North America, Europe, and Asia

  • Provide clear communication to the Creative Director and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a mid-level Designer or Senior Designer within a fast-paced design studio or agency environment
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 brands
  • BFA or MFA from a leading 4-year undergraduate or 2-year Masters design program
  • Portfolio of award-winning design work across a variety of media and industries
