Summer Events are comprised of a slate of programming that takes place during the summer months for students who are on campus to explore the diverse opportunities available in Pittsburgh and here at Carnegie Mellon throughout that time.  Below, please find the schedule for this year.

The Avett Brothers - in Concert 

Up and coming artists The Avett Brothers will be stopping by Pittsburgh as part of their summer tour, and we are pleased to have tickets! Purchase at the UC Info Desk beginning Monday, May 16.

Pittsburgh Pirates v. Philadelphia Phillies

Kayak Pittsburgh Tour

Purchase tickets at Student Activities, UC Suite 103 to purchase a ticket beginning on Tuesday, May 31. Participants will meet at the UC Turnaround to travel together via PAT bus. More information available at kayakpittsburgh.com.

Learn to Bake with Culinart

Whisk, blend, puree, pipe! Learn to bake with one of the campus chefs. Email jessm@andrew.cmu.edu to sign up beginning Monday, June 6. Space is limited, so email early to get a spot!

Shop at the Grove City Premium Outlets

Enjoy a day of shopping and additional discounts.  Limited number of tickets available at Student Activities, UC Suite 103 beginning Monday, June 6. Bus departs from the UC Turnaround at 10 am. More information available at premiumoutlets.com.

Come Out 'N Play:  Tartan Field Day

Get out, get active, get together! Meet up with your team in Rangos Ballroom in the UC before heading out to the events. Prizes will be given to the winning teams! More information to come.  Co-sponsored by Athletics.

Pittsburgh Power v. Arizona Rattlers

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2-Opening Weekend!

See Tim Rice & Andrew Lloyd Weber's masterpiece musical performed at the Benedum! Tickets available at the UC Info Desk beginning Monday, July 25th.
