Help local families in need celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday by sponsoring a Thanksgiving Basket(s). By providing a basket full of all the ingredients for a traditional Thanksgiving meal you can offer the family not only a full, healthy meal, but also the knowledge that their neighbors care. Baskets are donated to Light of Life Ministries, Rainbow Kitchen, and Aseracare Hospice.
If you, your organization, residential community, or department is interested in organizing a basket, please use the sign-up sheet, basket checklist, and poster found below. Please email Brynn Cunningham by Wednesday, November 11, 2009 with the number of baskets you intend to provide. Baskets are due to the Office of Student Activities, located on the 1st floor of the University Center, on Monday, November 16, 2009.
