Medical Insurance Cards

New medical insurance cards will be issued to every student enrolled on the student medical insurance plan eachyear. Plans start over each year on August 1. Do not use your insurance cards from prior years after August 1.

Also, please remember to enroll early so that you have your new card BEFORE you need the insurance. Failure to actively enroll will significantly delay how quickly you receive the new insurance cards.

Dental or Vision Cards

Remember, dental and vision plans are optional and separate from the medical insurance plan. Students that enroll in these optional plans receive new dental or vision cards each year. Visit the dental and vision pages for more details regarding enrolling and using these plans.
