On-site Pharmaceuticals

A formulary is available to fill prescriptions written by Health Services care providers. Pharmaceuticals are available at prices that offer the students a savings over the cost of medications at local retail pharmacies. Fees can be paid in a variety of easy methods available to students.

Fees

There is no fee for visits with the health care providers for illness or injuries. Additionally, some testing (including pregnancy and HIV testing) is provided free of charge. There may be a charge for medications or other services and supplies provided by Student Health.

Fees can be paid for by personal check, MAC, Mastercard/Visa or by charging your student account.

Fees for laboratory tests, x-rays, diagnostic procedures, emergency room visits and visits to specialists are the responsibility of the student. The student will be billed by the off campus provider. However, if the student has health insurance available, the off campus provider will bill the insurance directly.

* you have refills available"
Drop the form off at Student Health Services. Please allow 24 hours to
process the refill.
