New Insurance Cards
Medical Insurance Cards
For the 2008-2009 enrollment year, new medical insurance cards will be issued to every student enrolled on the student medical insurance plan through Highmark. Do not use your insurance card from the 2007-2008 enrollment year after August 1, 2008.
Also, please remember to ENROLL EARLY so that you have your new card BEFORE you need the insurance.
Dental or Vision Cards
Remember, dental and vision plans are optional and separate from the medical insurance plan. You do not receive dental or vision cards. Visit the dental and vision pages for more details regarding enrolling and using these plans.
