Highmark Drug Formulary - Online Access

1) Visit www.highmarkbcbs.com

2) Select the blue MEMBERS tab found near the top of the displayed page.

3) Select "Drug Formulary (Covered Drugs)" in the green "Quick Resources"
box on the center right of the displayed page.

4) Select the non-medicare formulary.
