No Pittsburgh Address

The insurance companies require you to specify a domestic address on your forms.

If you don't yet know the address at which you'll be residing here in the states, you could

1. check with your department to see if there is a mailing address there that you can use temporarily;
2. use the address of a trusted friend that resides in the United States;
3. Specify this temporary address:

   Student Health Services
   Carnegie Mellon
   1060 Morewood Avenue
   Pittsburgh, PA 15213

Once you arrive, remember to visit this address promptly to retrieve your mail.

Once you arrive and get settled into your residence, you'll then want to visit the clinic to revise your address with the insurance companies. You'll also want to revise your address with the HUB. Remember: anytime you change residences, you have to revise your addresses again.
