Flu Vaccination Schedule 2008

It's not too late to get a flu vaccination at Student Health Services.
December flu vaccination clinics are scheduled as follows:

• Thursday, 12/4 from 1:30 to 4 pm
• Monday, 12/8 from 1:30 to 4 pm
• Thursday,12/11 from 9 am to 11:30 am

All clinics will be held at the Student Health Service in Morewood Gardens. The cost is $15. If you are enrolled in the Highmark Student Insurance plan the cost of the vaccination is covered. CMU ID is necessary.
