November 8th: 1- 4:30pm
November 15th: 1- 4:30pm
November 20th: 9-11:30am
November 29th: 1- 4:30pm
Charge is $16.00 for the flu vaccine.
For students with the Carnegie Mellon Insurance plan, the cost is covered by the insurance plan.
Faculty/Staff who did NOT get their vaccine at the Benefits and Fitness Fair must bring a CMU ID and a check or cash for the $16.00 charge.
